EQUIPMENT TYPES (What We Work On)
Do you repair forklifts?
Yes. We service electric, diesel, and propane forklifts from Hyster, Yale, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Komatsu, Kalmar, Load Lifter, and Noblelift. Common problems include hydraulic leaks, steering and brake issues, worn mast chains, and electrical control faults. We also repair LP vaporizers, regulators, and lock-offs on propane units and perform mobile tire pressing on cushion, solid, and pneumatic tires. Our goal is to keep your lift OSHA-compliant, safe, and productive—whether it’s in a warehouse, mill, or outdoor yard.
Do you repair telehandlers and rough-terrain lifts?
Yes. We provide complete repair and diagnostic service for Genie, JLG, SkyTrak, Gradall, Manitou, Skyjack, JCB, and Ingersoll Rand telehandlers. We handle boom cylinder reseals, joystick calibration, driveline service, and hydraulic troubleshooting—plus frequent issues such as brake failure, starter ring-gear damage, wear-pad replacement, and hydraulic hose leaks. We also service DEF/DPF systems and perform ECM calibration on Tier 4 machines. Every function—lift, steer, and boom—is verified through OEM diagnostics before release.
Do you repair aerial lifts and boom lifts?
Yes. We service Genie, JLG, Skyjack, Haulotte, and Snorkel booms—articulating, telescopic, and track models. We repair hydraulic leaks, platform controls, wiring harnesses, safety switches, and joystick modules, and correct frequent problems such as swing-motor drift and basket-leveling faults. Annual ANSI inspections and full reconditioning are also available for fleet resale or compliance.
Do you repair scissor lifts?
Yes. We maintain electric and rough-terrain scissor lifts from Genie, Skyjack, and Hy-Brid Lifts. Typical services include lift-cylinder resealing, charger repair, joystick replacement, and battery diagnostics. We also replace control boards and proportional valves that commonly fail from corrosion or overuse. Every lift leaves with a full function-test report and safety inspection.
Do you repair rail movers or railcar movers?
Yes. We’re one of the few independents in the region specializing in Trackmobile, Rail King, and Shuttlewagon equipment. We repair hydraulics, air systems, and electrical controls, replace rail wheels and brake assemblies, and install or troubleshoot remote-control and broom systems. We frequently perform full rebuilds and preventive maintenance for grain elevators, oil-loadout, and sand-terminal operations.
Do you repair trucks and trailers?
Yes. We service Class 5–8 trucks and trailers including winch trucks, gin-pole trucks, flatbeds, and service rigs. Work includes air-brake repairs, hydraulic systems, lighting, PTO service, and driveline maintenance. We regularly fix air leaks, electrical grounds, hydraulic pump failures, and valve controls. DOT inspections and scheduled fleet PM are available year-round.
Do you repair construction equipment?
Yes. We repair skid steers, wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, and compactors from Caterpillar, Bobcat, Case, Deere, LiuGong, and Sany. Typical issues include hydraulic pump failure, swing bearing wear, track tension adjustment, and cooling system leaks. We also rebuild cylinders and control valves, perform engine service, and recondition machines for resale or lease.
Do you repair agricultural equipment?
Yes. We service tractors, sprayers, loaders, and grain-handling equipment from John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Claas, and Big Bud. We repair hydraulic pumps, transmissions, air systems, and electrical controls, and rebuild cylinders and gear drives. We also maintain rail movers and forklifts used in ag-support operations at elevators and processing facilities.
Do you repair industrial equipment used in plants or facilities?
Yes. We repair electric forklifts, pallet jacks, compact lifts, and floor sweepers used in warehouses and manufacturing. We handle electrical faults, battery issues, hydraulic leaks, and charger repairs. We focus on keeping production and material-handling equipment running so your operation stays on schedule.
Do you repair utility and municipal equipment?
Yes. We maintain bucket trucks, street sweepers, snow removal units, and support vehicles for municipalities and utility contractors. We repair hydraulic circuits, control systems, and Class 1 electrical products commonly used in fire trucks and Trackmobile applications. Services include boom service, leak repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep critical fleet equipment operational.
