XTREME PRO SERVICES — LABOR RATES & FLAT-RATE PM PROGRAM

At Xtreme Pro Services , we believe in doing things the right way — with integrity, precision, and pride in our craft. Our job isn’t just to fix machines — it’s to keep your business moving, protect your investment, and give you peace of mind knowing the work was done right the first time.

That means:

  • No hidden fees.
  • No vague invoices.
  • No unqualified “parts changers.” Just honest work, professional technicians, and a system built around transparency and trust.

Whether you bring your machine to our Williston shop or we come to you in the field, you’ll always know exactly what’s being done, what it costs, and why it matters.

Labor Rates

Running a professional service business takes the right tools, training, and people — and we’ve invested heavily to make sure you get the best. Our rates reflect the true cost of maintaining a fully certified, insured, and equipped operation that delivers results quickly, safely, and consistently — not just “getting by.”

We’re not a corporate chain. There’s no boardroom or upper management slowing down decisions. If we see that a part, tool, or diagnostic upgrade is needed to better serve our customers — we buy it. If we’ve ever sold or replaced a component once, you can bet we’ll have another one in stock the next time you need it — whether that’s a $15 sensor connector or a $15,000 engine.

That freedom allows us to act immediately , not wait for approval or chase vendor budgets. We stock smart because we know downtime costs you money — and we take that personally.

Every XPS technician is trained across dozens of OEM platforms, equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic tools, factory software, and the technical data needed to repair today’s advanced machines — from CAN-based forklifts to Tier 4 final rail movers and beyond. And all of that means nothing without the right people behind it — which is why our technicians average 15+ years of industry experience . They’ve been there, done that, and bring a level of skill and intuition that only comes from years of real-world problem solving.

Behind every service call is a fleet of well-maintained service trucks , stocked with OEM-quality parts, hydraulic fittings, and fluids. Each truck carries professional-grade tooling, welders, air systems, and diagnostic equipment — because we believe that showing up unprepared isn’t an option.

We also carry full insurance coverage , invest in ongoing technician certifications , and use documented safety and quality control procedures on every job. These are the kinds of details that separate someone who “can turn wrenches” from a professional team you can truly count on.

All rates are “Starting At” to allow flexibility for equipment type, distance, and job complexity — but no matter what we do, you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and why.

Shop Labor

Standard Equipment: Starting at $142/hr Large Equipment (Rail Movers, Semi Trucks, Large Construction & Off-Highway Equipment): Starting at $163/hr

Bringing your equipment to our Williston facility eliminates travel time, provides faster turnaround, and saves you money compared to mobile service rates. Shop jobs are ideal for diagnostics, rebuilds, hydraulic work, and major component service where efficiency matters.

If transportation is an issue, we can arrange trucking to and from our shop — making it as easy as possible to get the work done.

Mobile Service

Standard Equipment: Starting at $160/hr Large Equipment / Heavy Field Service (Rail Movers, Semi Trucks, Large Construction & Off-Highway Equipment): Starting at $180/hr

When downtime costs you money, we bring the shop to you. Our mobile service trucks are fully outfitted with diagnostic laptops, compressed air, welders, tooling, and fluids — ready to handle complex jobs right on-site.

All mobile service is billed portal-to-portal at the applicable mobile rate. For local Williston-area customers, short travel distances are often absorbed at XPS’s discretion. Final rates depend on distance, job scope, and equipment type.

A Family Business You Can Trust

We’re not a faceless corporation — we’re a family-owned business built on hard work, faith, and reputation. When you choose Xtreme Pro Services, you’re supporting real families who take pride in doing things right — not a chain of untrained contractors and call centers.

Corporate service companies may look polished on paper, but the truth is that most send out underpaid, undertrained mechanics with little oversight or accountability. We’ve seen it. We’ve fixed their mistakes. And that’s why we built XPS — to offer a higher standard of service led by skilled technicians who care about every bolt they touch.

We may not be the cheapest service provider — and we’re not trying to be. We’re also not the most expensive. What we are is transparent, consistent, and professional . With XPS, you’ll always know what you’re paying for, what’s being done, and why. When comparing quotes, make sure you’re comparing apples to apples — because not all service is created equal.

There are plenty of good service companies out there, and we respect anyone out there doing honest work. We’re simply working hard to earn our share of the pie by being the team customers trust to show up, tell the truth, and do the job right the first time.

We’re thankful for every customer who gives us the opportunity to earn their trust. Our promise is simple: we’ll treat your equipment like it’s our own — because your business matters to us.

Our Mission — Lived, Not Framed

At Xtreme Pro Services, our mission isn’t just words on paper — it’s the way we run our business every single day.

“Xtreme Pro Services exists to serve the people who rely on their machines to make a living. We provide expert diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioned equipment built to perform — because we believe in doing the job right, standing behind our work, and earning trust one machine at a time.”

That mission drives how we show up, how we train, how we communicate, and how we stand behind our work. It’s not a slogan — it’s a promise that every technician, every call, and every invoice reflects.

We believe in doing things right, even when no one’s watching. We believe in being the company that customers call first — not because we’re the biggest, but because we care the most.
