XTREME PRO MAINTENANCE
Flat-Rate Preventive Maintenance Program
We built our PM program to be simple, predictable, and all-inclusive. You know how some places quote tires for “$XXX plus mount, plus balance, plus valve stems, plus nitrogen”? Yeah, we don’t do that.
At XPS, a flat-rate PM means one fair price, out the door — oil, filters, labor, greasing, inspection, and your full digital report with photos. No surprises, no fine print, no “shop supplies” line tacked on after the fact.
Preventive Maintenance isn’t just an oil change — it’s your first line of defense against unexpected downtime. We treat every PM as a full equipment evaluation, checking every major system, recording results, and giving you a clean, professional report you can actually use.
These flat rates apply to Gas/LP and Electric units. Diesel units requiring additional oil or filters are listed below.

À La Carte Fluids & Filter Add-Ons
Some machines require more oil, unique fluids, or additional filters beyond a standard PM. These are our starting rates for top-ups, full changes, and specialty systems. All fluids meet or exceed OEM specifications — and every service includes proper disposal and documentation.

A Family Business You Can Trust
We’re not a faceless corporation — we’re a family-owned business built on hard work, faith, and reputation. When you choose Xtreme Pro Services, you’re supporting real families who take pride in doing things right — not a chain of untrained contractors and call centers.
Corporate service companies may look polished on paper, but the truth is that most send out underpaid, undertrained mechanics with little oversight or accountability. We’ve seen it. We’ve fixed their mistakes. And that’s why we built XPS — to offer a higher standard of service led by skilled technicians who care about every bolt they touch.
We may not be the cheapest service provider — and we’re not trying to be. We’re also not the most expensive. What we are is transparent, consistent, and professional . With XPS, you’ll always know what you’re paying for, what’s being done, and why. When comparing quotes, make sure you’re comparing apples to apples — because not all service is created equal.
There are plenty of good service companies out there, and we respect anyone out there doing honest work. We’re simply working hard to earn our share of the pie by being the team customers trust to show up, tell the truth, and do the job right the first time.
We’re thankful for every customer who gives us the opportunity to earn their trust. Our promise is simple: we’ll treat your equipment like it’s our own — because your business matters to us.
Our Mission — Lived, Not Framed
At Xtreme Pro Services, our mission isn’t just words on paper — it’s the way we run our business every single day.
“Xtreme Pro Services exists to serve the people who rely on their machines to make a living. We provide expert diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioned equipment built to perform — because we believe in doing the job right, standing behind our work, and earning trust one machine at a time.”
That mission drives how we show up, how we train, how we communicate, and how we stand behind our work. It’s not a slogan — it’s a promise that every technician, every call, and every invoice reflects.
We believe in doing things right, even when no one’s watching. We believe in being the company that customers call first — not because we’re the biggest, but because we care the most.
