PARTS, RENTALS & FOR SALE
Whether you need a single hydraulic fitting or a ready-to-work telehandler, Xtreme Pro Services supplies and supports the same high-standard parts and machines we service every day. Each component and piece of equipment is inspected, documented, and built to perform.
Do you stock parts, or are they special-order?
We keep common wear and service parts in stock for aerial lifts, forklifts, telehandlers, and rail movers—filters, hoses, seals, connectors, and electrical components. Anything uncommon can be sourced directly from OEM or premium aftermarket suppliers, typically within one to three business days.
Unlike corporate-owned shops, we’re independent and flexible—which means we don’t have to order everything through a manufacturer’s corporate warehouse. Many large companies are required to buy parts from the OEM, have them shipped to a central corporate store, and then wait for them to be re-shipped to the satellite shop, adding unnecessary cost and delay.
At Xtreme Pro Services, we have parts shipped directly to us or even to the job site, saving time and money for customers across western North Dakota and eastern Montana. We take pride in sourcing parts quickly and thinking outside the box—often finding compatible components that fit across multiple brands when an OEM part is discontinued or delayed.
What brands of parts do you carry?
Our network includes Parker, Wabco, Danfoss, FSIP, Deutz, Perkins, Isuzu, Cummins, Kubota, Dana, Spicer, Allison, and others. Every part meets or exceeds OEM specifications and is backed by warranty when installed by Xtreme Pro Services.
Can you build hydraulic hoses on-site?
Yes. Our shop uses Parker 43- and 71-Series crimpers to fabricate SAE, JIC, BSP, DIN, and metric hoses on demand. We also carry adapters and quick-couplers for British and Japanese systems.
Do you sell rebuilt or remanufactured components?
Yes. We stock and exchange reman pumps, valves, motors, and control modules, each pressure-tested and serialized. Exchange programs shorten downtime while keeping quality consistent.
Can I buy parts directly, or do you have to install them?
You can purchase parts outright through our counter or service department. Many customers choose installation so we can verify system performance and include a labor warranty, but direct sales are welcome.
Do you handle electrical or electronic control components?
Yes. We repair and supply joysticks, control modules, contactors, chargers, alternators, and sensors. Through our partnership with Flight Systems Industrial Products (FSIP), we can test and remanufacture control boards for Genie, JLG, Hyster, and other OEMs.
Do you sell or recondition industrial batteries?
Yes. We perform load testing, regeneration, and cycling on 24–96 V lead-acid industrial batteries, plus charger calibration and repair. Reconditioned batteries are available with full test documentation.
What equipment do you rent or sell?
Our fleet includes telehandlers, aerial and scissor lifts, forklifts, and rail movers. Each unit is inspected, serviced, and documented before delivery.
If you like what you rent, you can buy it outright—every rental is also for sale.
How do your rentals work?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental terms with simple extensions. Every unit receives a pre-delivery inspection and service log. Long-term rentals include scheduled PM service by our technicians.
Do you deliver rental or purchased equipment?
Yes. We arrange delivery and pickup through trusted local trucking and hot-shot companies that we work with regularly. Each machine is inspected and secured before transport.
Delivery fees are billed at cost — with no markup — and added to your invoice for convenience.
Are rental machines inspected and serviced before delivery?
Every rental unit goes through a complete preventive-maintenance inspection, including oil & filter changes, safety checks, and function testing. Results are stored in our system and provided with your rental paperwork.
Can I see maintenance records before buying used equipment?
Yes. We share complete inspection and service histories—hours, PM intervals, replaced parts, and technician notes—so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Do you offer warranties on used or reconditioned equipment?
Yes. Every reconditioned unit includes a 90-day limited warranty covering powertrain and hydraulic components, with extended coverage available for qualifying rebuilds.
Can I trade in my old equipment?
Yes. We accept trade-ins toward reconditioned or new purchases. Each trade is inspected, tested, and valued on condition and hours, ensuring a fair market adjustment.
Do you finance rentals or purchases?
We do not directly finance rentals, but we can connect you with regional lenders for equipment purchases. We also offer Rental Purchase Options (RPO)—letting you apply part of your rental payments toward ownership if you decide to buy later.
Sometimes, renting first is the cheaper long-term choice, and we evaluate every case individually to find the best fit.
Can you customize or modify equipment before delivery?
Yes. We handle custom lighting, safety systems, hydraulic circuits, and remote-control installs. Rail movers can be equipped with broom or remote-drive packages to match your operation.
What inspections do you perform on for-sale equipment?
Each unit receives a multi-point inspection of powertrain, hydraulics, electrical, and safety systems. A detailed report with photos confirms everything meets OEM specs before listing.
Do you offer short-term rentals for emergency repairs?
Yes. If your machine fails mid-project, we can usually supply a same-day or next-day rental replacement—when a comparable unit is available.
If we don’t have an exact match, we’ll help coordinate transport from a partner fleet to minimize downtime.
Can I rent equipment while mine is in your shop?
Yes. Many customers rent a temporary replacement while their machine is being serviced. We coordinate pickup and delivery so your operation keeps moving.
How do I get a quote or reserve equipment?
Contact us through the website, phone, or your customer portal. We’ll confirm availability, rates, delivery options, and send digital paperwork for fast approval.
