What towns and counties does Xtreme Pro Services cover?
We provide mobile and in-shop equipment repair across western North Dakota and eastern Montana, including the Bismarck–Minot–Dickinson DMA.
Our trucks run weekly through Williston, Minot, Dickinson, Stanley, Tioga, Watford City, Crosby, and Sidney MT, plus dozens of smaller communities throughout the Bakken.
Which counties are part of your regular service area?
North Dakota: Williams, Mountrail, McKenzie, Divide, Burke, Billings, Dunn, Ward, Stark, Golden Valley, Mercer, and McLean.
Eastern Montana: Richland, Roosevelt, Sheridan, and Daniels.
We also schedule specialized jobs in Bismarck, Billings, and Devils Lake.
Do you offer mobile service in smaller towns?
Yes — most of our work happens between the big cities. We regularly service rail terminals, grain elevators, and oil facilities in towns like Parshall, Alexander, Beach, Killdeer, Cartwright, Belfield, Golva, and Culbertson MT.
How far will you travel for on-site repairs?
Our routine operating range covers roughly 200 miles around Williston and Minot.
For specialized rail mover diagnostics, battery reconditioning, or emissions service, we travel as far as Billings MT, Bismarck ND, and Devils Lake ND.
Can you arrange equipment transport to your shop?
Yes. We partner with trusted local trucking and hot-shot carriers. Transport is billed at cost with no markup, and we coordinate the pickup directly.
Do you charge for travel time or mileage?
Travel time is billed at our standard hourly rate from the nearest hub; mileage is calculated per route.
We group county jobs together whenever possible to reduce customer cost.
What kinds of equipment do you service across your territory?
Forklifts (IC & electric), telehandlers, aerial and scissor lifts, rail movers (Trackmobile, Rail King, Shuttlewagon), industrial battery systems, and service trucks.
Do you provide scheduled PM routes for rural customers?
Yes. We run preventive-maintenance routes through rural towns so fleets stay current without hauling equipment in.
PMs include oil and filter changes, full inspections, and digital records in your customer portal.
Do you handle emergency calls anywhere in the region?
Yes — we offer 24/7 field service for critical breakdowns. Response time depends on distance and weather, but we aim for same-day dispatch on rail movers, lifts, and telehandlers.
Do you serve customers in eastern Montana as often as in North Dakota?
Yes. Towns such as Sidney, Fairview, Culbertson, Plentywood, Scobey, and Bainville MT are routine stops for grain and pipe terminals using forklifts and rail movers.
Can I order parts to be shipped directly to my town?
Yes. Parts can be shipped straight to your location or jobsite for faster turnaround. No corporate warehouse delays — just direct supply and quick delivery.
How do I schedule service in my town?
Call 701-987-9877 or submit a request through our website. Once we confirm location and equipment type, the nearest truck is dispatched and you’ll get text/email confirmation.
What industries do you support throughout this area?
We service grain & fertilizer terminals, oil loading facilities, construction fleets, industrial plants, and municipal departments. Route planning revolves around these core industries to keep working operations productive.
Do you offer county-by-county inspection programs?
Yes — we rotate ANSI and OSHA inspection routes by county, keeping customers compliant without travel surcharges. Contact us to get on the next route through your county.

What if my town isn’t listed here?
If you’re within a few hours of Williston, Minot, or Dickinson, we already cover you. If you’re farther out, we’ll quote travel individually — we’ve yet to find a customer too far to help.
Do you service smaller or remote towns that don’t have a local dealer?
Absolutely. We routinely visit communities many companies overlook. Those include:
North Dakota – Zahl, Grenora, Ross, Palermo, White Earth, Halliday, Manning, Dodge, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Max, Underwood, Beulah, Hazen, Stanton, Bowbells, Portal, Flaxton, Columbus, Lignite, Fairfield, Fryburg, Medora, Golva, Sentinel Butte, Arnegard, Cartwright, Johnson’s Corner, Noonan, Ambrose, Fortuna.
Montana – Lambert, Savage, Crane, Bainville, Froid, Antelope, Redstone, Outlook, Flaxville.
Many of these towns run rail movers, forklifts, loaders, and aerial lifts at grain elevators, sand yards, and utility sites. We’re proud to keep that equipment running even where dealer coverage ends.
From Williston to Sidney, Beach to Bowbells, and Tioga to Plentywood, Xtreme Pro Services brings full-capability diagnostics and repair directly to your operation.
If your town isn’t on this list yet, it will be soon — because we go where the machines are.
