SERVICES & REPAIRS (How We Fix It)
What types of diagnostic systems do you use?
We use full OEM-level diagnostic software for nearly every brand of lift, engine, and drivetrain we service. That includes Jaltest, Deutz SerDia, Perkins EST, Genie GDC, JLG Analyzer, and Hyster PC Service. These tools let us read live data, perform calibrations, update firmware, and confirm fault codes instead of guessing. Every diagnostic session is logged and attached to your work order so you always know exactly what was tested and fixed.
Can you tune or reprogram my ECM for better performance?
Yes. We provide ECM tuning and calibration for most diesel and industrial engines, including Deutz, Cummins, Perkins, and Isuzu. We adjust parameters for power, torque, and fuel efficiency within OEM safety limits. For Tier 4 engines, we also perform aftertreatment and sensor recalibrations to restore factory performance and prevent derates. All tuning is data-logged and tested under load before release.
Do you repair DEF/DPF and emissions systems?
Yes. We diagnose, clean, and repair DEF (SCR) and DPF systems for Tier 4 final engines used in construction, agriculture, and rail-mover applications. Services include forced regens, sensor replacement, DEF pump testing, and DPF cleaning. We only use verified OEM-approved fluids and software to prevent future failures.
Can you rebuild engines or transmissions in-house?
Yes. We perform complete engine and transmission rebuilds on diesel, propane, and gas powertrains. Our process includes teardown, inspection, machining, and reassembly with OEM components. Each rebuild receives a run-in test with oil-pressure and leak-down documentation. Common brands include Deutz, Cummins, Kubota, Perkins, Isuzu, and John Deere.
Do you repair propane fuel systems on forklifts?
Yes. We service LP vaporizer, regulator, lock-off, and mixer assemblies on propane-powered forklifts and industrial engines. Proper LP vaporizer function and fuel pressure are critical for cold-start and load performance. We inspect hoses, tanks, and fittings for leaks and replace worn components to meet safety compliance.
Do you make hydraulic hoses on-site?
Yes. Every service truck carries a Parker crimper and a full range of SAE, JIC, BSP, and DIN fittings. We can replace or build new hoses in the field, pressure-test them, and install them immediately to get equipment back up the same day.
Can you rebuild hydraulic cylinders and pumps?
Yes. We perform complete teardown, reseal, honing, and reassembly of hydraulic cylinders and rebuild gear, vane, and piston pumps. All components are flow- and pressure-tested before reinstallation. We also offer on-site system flushing and oil-sample analysis to prevent contamination failures.
Do you handle electrical or wiring problems?
Yes. Electrical troubleshooting is one of our specialties. We repair harnesses, connectors, modules, and CAN bus networks. We partner with Flight Systems Industrial Products for board testing and remanufacturing. Our technicians isolate shorts and voltage drops using advanced scopes and diagnostic tools.
Do you repair electric forklifts and warehouse equipment?
Yes. We service electric forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and battery chargers. Our work includes controller testing, motor diagnostics, contactor replacement, and industrial battery reconditioning. We also maintain fleet battery programs with regular cleaning, watering, and load testing.
Can you repair or replace steering and brake systems?
Yes. We repair hydraulic, air, and mechanical brakes, steering orbitrol units, and power-assist systems. Services include cylinder reseals, master cylinder replacement, and line flushing. Steering feedback and braking consistency are verified with system pressure tests before the machine leaves.
Do you perform welding or fabrication?
Yes. We handle structural repairs, guard fabrication, and custom mounts for attachments and accessories. Common work includes repairing cracked frames, boom gussets, and step assemblies. We can also add brackets or hydraulic ports for new functions.
Do you install remote-control or broom systems on rail movers?
Yes. We install and calibrate remote drive controls and rotary broom systems on Trackmobile, Rail King, and Shuttlewagon units. All systems are integrated through OEM-spec wiring harnesses and verified with signal-response testing.
Do you press forklift tires?
Yes. We offer mobile and in-shop tire pressing for cushion, solid, and pneumatic tires. Our press handles most major brands and tire compounds. We also provide on-site tire replacement and rail wheel changes for rail movers and industrial units.
Do you repair trailer or truck tires?
Yes. Our mobile service can replace or repair commercial truck and equipment tires, including skid-steer and off-road applications. We carry tire tools, balancers, and inflation equipment in our field units.
Do you provide preventive maintenance or inspections?
Yes. Our PM programs include filter changes, fluid sampling, greasing, and compliance inspections. Each machine receives a digital inspection report stored in your portal. We follow OEM intervals to prevent costly breakdowns.
Can you perform DOT, OSHA, or ANSI inspections?
Yes. We perform annual ANSI and OSHA inspections for aerial lifts and telehandlers, and DOT inspections for trucks and trailers. Reports are issued electronically for easy record keeping.
Do you offer full equipment reconditioning?
Yes. We perform complete rebuilds and cosmetic refurbishment, including disassembly, component replacement, surface prep, and paint. Each unit is fully tested and documented before delivery.
Can you service multiple machines at once for a fleet?
Yes. We schedule multi-unit visits for companies operating several lifts, trucks, or rail movers at one site. Coordinated PM service saves downtime and reduces travel charges.
Do you provide field service after hours?
Yes. Our field trucks are available 24/7 for emergency breakdowns. One call dispatches the nearest technician with the parts and tools to get you running again.
Do you stand behind your repairs?
Absolutely. All workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days, and OEM parts include manufacturer warranties. If there’s ever an issue caused by our labor, we’ll correct it promptly.
